Referral procedures for Music Production/Job search course, Multimedia/Job search course & Media Access programme

1 Establish that your customer is interested in the Music Production, Multimedia, Live sound or Media Access training/job search option. Call us (Pat-C or Roxy) on 020 8691 1900 and we will talk to you and them.

2. If your customer is interested, call us to book them onto a one of our Taster days where they will find out in detail about all of our options and what the programme requirements are. At the same time Pat-C or Roxy will give you advise on necessary paperwork such as Ref2's.

3. Once your client has made a decision they are given some Induction Tasks to complete which will help us to construct a learning plan for them and establish that they are serious.

4. When the Induction Tasks have successfully completed and returned to us we will book them for an induction interview (and SL2 is generated at this point) and confirm a course start day.

Referral procedures for New Deal for Musicians (MIP) mentoring programme

We are the MIP/NDfM provider for South East, Greater London and East of England and Armstrong Learning (our partners) cover all other areas.

If you want to refer a customer onto the NDfM (MIP) programme from the South East, Greater London or East Of England you need to do this via Armstrong Learning.

Call them on 0800 848 8140 and they will arrange an referral interview between your client and one of our MIP advisors to take place either at our headquarters in London, at a regional centre, or by phone.
