What are the induction tasks?

The induction tasks are a few research activities that we ask you to complete prior to starting a course with us, and which help us to design an individual training plan for you.

Should I complete the tasks?

If your course is being funded by the JobCentre, YOU MUST complete the Induction Tasks if you wish to enroll on one of the following courses ...

It may also be useful for you to complete these tasks if you are a commercial student or are being funded by another organisation.

FAQs

How long do I have to complete my task?...

If your course is being funded by the JobCentre and you must complete ALL THE TASKS WITHIN 1 WEEK FOLLOWING YOUR TASTER DAY and return them to us by hand or post them in the envelope provided before you can be considered for induction onto one of our courses. If you do not complete the tasks within 1 week you may miss your opportunity to study at with us.

If your tasks are satisfactory, we will call you to arrange an induction interview and give you a start date for your course.

How should I present my tasks? ...

Except Task 3, we will NOT accept any document that is handwritten. You must word process your answers. You should use your own computer, a friends, a family members or those available at your local library or Job Centre, or you can contact us and arrange to use our computers.
